Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)  |  Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. Under the CCPA, "sale" includes sharing personal information with third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.

At MovingQuotation.com, we share your contact information and move details with licensed moving companies who pay us for those leads. Under the CCPA's broad definition, this may qualify as a "sale" of personal information. This page allows you to opt out.

Note: We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated marketing companies. The only "sale" we engage in is sharing your move request information with matched moving companies so they can provide you quotes — which is the core purpose of our service.

How to Opt Out

Submit the form below to request that we stop sharing your personal information with moving companies. Once your request is processed (within 15 business days), your information will not be shared with any new moving company buyers. We will also notify our active lead buyers to suppress your information.

Please note: Opting out will prevent you from receiving moving quotes through our platform, as quote delivery is the reason we share your information.
